Justice of the Peace and a Commissioner of the Supreme Court
Recipient of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.).

Agripina “Pinita” Espejo died in Belize City at the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital. She was 70.
Cause of death was reported as a heart attack. She had been on dialysis for about five years prior to her passing.
She was also a longtime public advocate in the famous Nora Parham case and pushed for Parham’s name to be cleared, insisting for decades that the conviction was wrongful.
