Wife: Sheena Lizama
Sons: Francis, Robert and Stanley Lizama
Daughters: Anna, Sheena and Anita
At the time of his passing, he was survived by twelve grandchildren.
An official funeral service was held on Wednesday, June 19, 2019 at St. Martin de Porres Church in Belize City at 1pm. He was laid to rest at the Lord Ridge Cemetery.

Area Representative for Collet, United Democratic Party (won in 1984)
Served in Cabinet / Government Minister in UDP administration in the mid-1980s
Presented the Key to the City to Queen Elizabeth II and to world champion sprinter Marion Jones, as Mayor.
Honored as Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (CBE) in 2013 for his service
Died: June 11, 2019 (Orlando, Florida, USA) at age 88, after battling cancer.
