It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announced the death of our son, brother, family, and friend, Chaz, who left us way too early on the March 15, 2024.

Mother: Karen M Perez
Sisters: Sheree Holland and Karrian Usher
Brother: Ian Holland Jr.
Nephew: Gabriel Leach
Niece: Xara Leach
Aunts and Uncles: Judy Perez, Rawn Holland Sr., Encarnita Bennett, Anna Joseph, and many more to name.
He is also survived by a host of cousins, close relatives, and friends.
The body was received at 12:30 p.m. on Friday, March 22, 2024, for funeral service at 1:30 p.m. St. Martin de Porres Parish, at the corner of Vernon and Partridge Streets in Belize City.
